    Default Bar Placement check

Was having trouble squatting, and when an educated eye looked it turns out i was doing low bar movement with the bar in the high bar position.

Looking for some confirmation that i've corrected bar placement via before/after images below. My shoulders are very tight, so i intend on stretching out more to get a narrower grip. Thanks in advance!

Second pic is good for bar placement, just make sure you center it and keep the wrists closer to neutral.
You can do the Horn stretch (video on youtube) to get the shoulders to open up.

Awesome, thanks. Yup after feeling the stretch in my shoulders I was googling this morning and first thing i found was the video with Paul Horn on SS Youtube channel. Trying it tonight, thanks!

ya, that thing is way off center. Hopefully that's from OP just trying to demo the bar relationship to the scapula/rear delts
