Power clean form check
I'm not sure if my extension is correct or am I need to bring the bar higher on my thigh before extension
any feedback is appreciated..
PS- I always wear shoes did not wear shoes particularly for the purpose of this video

Your start position has your hips too low. Check out our video on the power clean on youtube. Also, check out the sticky on how to film these for form checks.
Why wouldn't you wear shoes?
