Dl recheck
M34, 6'5", 220lbs, SSLP since Oct 19'. 425x5 on 1/19, Spinal erector strain during warmups on 1/21, subsequent performance with DL all over the place, ranging from repeated failure on the floor @ 405 to 430x3 with gas left in the tank.
Last session, 2/7/20: 390x5 Told that I need to set back before each rep; to accomplish this, drop gaze, loosen belt 1 hole to drop belly better, tighten chest, & "squeeze" rather than yank bar off floor. Also told to widen grip and stop wearing shitkickers.

Yes keep focusing on setting the back into extension. Needs to be better. Think about pushing your belly between your knees. Only breathe at the bottom. Keep your hands on the bar when you set it down
