    Believe it or not, I was actually thinking about it if "many people..." will get me in trouble. I knew it you should not listen to "many people".

    My questions weren't rhetorical. Don't post another form check until you've answered them please. I'm asking because I want to see if you understand what I'm talking about or if there's a communication breakdown.

    Get something with a non-compressible sole. Deadlift slippers are cheap on amazon.

    I did watch the video. I hear the plates click as I start the pull. I'm pretty sure that what I failed to do was only tighten the back until I hear this click. Instead, I tightened the back to some extent and then used my legs to produce the click. I made sure my warmups floated off of the floor, but I did it in the way written in the sentence above, so I did it incorrectly. I will post my set tonight.

    This is 390x5x1. On the 5th rep, my back rounded just a tiny bit. Is this something to worry about?
