    I have been sick the past week, so I dropped weight. I want to make sure my form is still solid.

    Lift your chest and drop the elbows a bit to get the back set. Bring the stance in a hair.
    Keep your eyes down. Get some real lifting shoes and a better belt that doesn't move around when you squat.
    Take the LSU flag outside and light it on fire.
    That's it for now.

    Copy that. The Saints flag is staying, though.
