    Not bad.

    Don’t look up on the way up

    You’re going a little too deep in the second video. Slightly below parallel is enough.

    Not sure about the shoes. Do they have an elevated heel like typical squat shoes?

    Not a fan of the exaggerated breathing between reps. In my opinion you’re telling your mind and your body „Oh shit, this is heavy!“ when you breathe like that. These are anything but grinders yet so I wouldn’t treat them as grinders.

    One big breath before each rep should be enough and better tell your mind and body „This is fucking easy!“

    The shoes are called sabo deadlift, and the sole is very flat.

    I’ll try not to exaggerate the breathing.

    Do you see if I have any knee slide? Just wondering if I’m loosening too much at the bottom?

    Knees look fine, back should also be fine, not sure if these shoes are the best option for squats though.
