Squat 115kg form check please
6'2", 198lbs. Even if i sleep well and eat plenty my squats are a grind. Can you check my form? 115kg x5x3

Narrow your stance so the heels are under the shoulders.
I'm not sure why you're sticking your butt out like that at the top, but you can stop doing that. Just a nice, neutral back is fine. Tighten your abs up front and focus on bracing the trunk.
Then you have to lean over more. You're trying to keep your torso too upright.
