    Hi,

    I posted a video a few weeks ago and in that thread it was suggested to move the bar higher up my back.

    Well, from this angle, we have to infer the bar's position which is not helpful.

    You need to keep your heels on the ground. Slide your butt back on the way down, and drive your hips up more on the way up. You have a little hip drive, but it should be a lot bigger.

    Lift your chest up and pull the elbows down some so the upper back is in extension and makes for a better force transmitter.

    Get some lifting shoes or some non-squishy soled shoes until you can find some lifting shoes, like dress shoes or work boots. You'll find keeping balance a lot easier.
