Ok. I tried to focus on my hips for this set. Any better?
Gotta lean over more Matt. Do you see the angle of your back on the way up? It should look like more like that on the way down. As soon as you start reach back and try to get your junk behind your heels (I stole that from Broggi) and your hips away from your feet so the torso leans over. You'll have a much better time staying on mid-foot.
