Your grip is too narrow. See how the forearms look canted inward? Move your grip out two finger widths and let's see if you can get the forearms vertical.
The action comes from violently pushing the hips forward with tight trunk and quads, not from throwing the head and shoulder back. Reach the hips forward with some violence and keep your eyes locked forward.
