Hey,
in the video you can see 3 sets of squats . 5 reps 3 reps and a single. all from different angle.
I know its not the program just did a quick check for 1 rm out of curiosity, will go back for 5X3 next workout.
I have been dealing in the last 2 weeks with a lower back pain (which I never felt).
So I wanted to ask for a form check to see where the pain is coming from.
Bend over more. Drive your hips up harder.
You don't seem to be controlling your lower back at all. You should review the SS lumbar extension videos on youtube.
