    hey there
I recently had a back tweak and with the help and tips from nick i've managed to get back quickly.
I've took some weight off the bar to build my strength back from there.
My previous best deadlift was 150 kilos (after i've already pulled 160 before but I had a layoff in between), and the previous bet power clean was 57.5.
Took it down to 50 kilos, I take my time with the power clean to make sure my form is good, so I take 2.5 kilos jump and treat it like the bench and the press.

    thanks!

These look pretty good. Make sure you rock back off your toes before you start each pull.

I know you're a worried about your back, but this weight looks pretty light for you.
I would have recommended you jump harder, but the weight is limiting that.
