That’s basically a high bar squat technique. If you got the bar in the high bar position on your back then your doing a normal high bar squat.
In a low bar squat you shoot your hips way more back at the start of every rep and get a MUCH more horizontal back angle because of that.
Rip is recommending low bar squats.
Appreciate the feedback- I will come down in weight and work on getting the low-bar technique right.
