    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Still working on maintaining a straight back throughout the set. I am up a couple of pounds in bodyweight and will continue to work on that. How does it look?

    Around that, yes. It varies depending on when I step on the scale. When would you say is the most accurate time to weigh oneself? And apart from the skinny guy doing it, how does the lift look?

    A normal male can take a 2-pound shit. This is not weight gain, and you're not trying.

    I took a 1.6lb dump this morning. Kinda broke my heart as I thought 1.6lbs was weight gain.
    OP, you need to eat alot more. Alot. Like 3x the amount of whatever you are eating.

    I'd like to see you squeeze the chest up harder to set the back and get all of the slack out the bar and your arms. Squeeze up harder than you think you need to. Are you "floating" the bar off the ground on the lightest warm-up just from setting the back?
