    Hey Henry,

    1) Slow down the descent a bit
    2) Cut an inch or two off the depth
    3) Knees and hips need to break at the same time. Your hips are moving back first, then the knees are bending, which is producing a little knee slide. So just think about getting the knees moving a little sooner and keeping them in place
