I can feel some slight twisting on the concentric during the final reps. Maybe, it’s in my head or subtle. Obviously, posting here for some critiques. Thanks!

    Hey Hunter,

Some lifters tend to get some twisting on the way up, although it is slight here. I have coached a number of people that look like this. To the best of my knowledge there is no "fix" for this, and similar to joints cracking or popping - if you are not having any pain I would not worry about it. It has never affected my clients training or programming.

I would point your toes out just a tad more(and shove your knees out more as well). Your knees are just a little more forward then I would like to see.

Have you tried fixing the grip? Wrist/elbow pain could be an issue as weight on the bar increases.

Thanks Ryan, I will implement those suggestions next time around.

My grip has changed fairly recently (3-4 months) to the thumbs around you saw in the last vid. The thumbs around helped to keep my elbows down, and my shoulders out of over extension. As of yet, I haven’t had any pain in my wrists or elbows. But, I will keep your advice in mind as the weight goes up.

Just an aside, if you were to rate my RPE in the last video, what would you put it at?

I don't use RPE with myself or my clients so I would not venture a guess as to yours

If there was a better way to point out how useless this shit is, I'd like to see it.

I really hit a nerve there...

I will rephrase, does the weight look heavy?

Wrist wraps were a god send when I switched to thumbs around per a discussion with Pete. Went to his seminar in Orlando this past Jan.

My elbows are MUCH happier now with this grip
