Squat Form Check
Background, I am 43, 5'9", 209 lbs. I am still what I would consider an early intermediate, just recently lost late December to early February, and then pretty much all of February to being sick and am closing in on getting back to where I was. I had not had a form check done before and while I'm building back up want to make sure I correct anything that might be messed up.
This is my last set of 5 for 275 lbs I just did this morning. Appreciate any feedback.

Not low enough ( to just below parallel or right to parallel)
Eyes are looking forward instead of down, 3-5 feet or so in front of you
Back is too vertical
You won't get an actual SSCs response for above-parallel squats; that's just the price of admission around here!
But Rip did post the FAQ link for you which should be considered a blessing!
