    I want to make sure I am on the right track. Thanks in advance.
    One thing I noticed, I rock onto my toes a little bit. I Need to get lifting shoes.

    I would cut a couple inches off the depth. Lean over more and shove the knees out harder. Also try to get a more secure grip on the bar with your hands
