Hey Jack
I'd like to see you stay tighter into the bottom. You're starting under control but as you approach the hole you get loose and drop in. Get your ass back as you start and keep your hips back away from your feet so don't end up on your toes in the bottom. Stay in your hips longer on the way up and resist the urge to lift your chest.
