    49 years old/5'7"/187lbs.

    This set of 170kg/375lbs x 5 felt fine, but grateful for any suggestions.

    These are leg presses with the bar on your back. Read the book.

    Thanks, back to the drawing board/book I guess.

    Having not read (and a search didn't find) "leg press squat" feedback given on this sub forum, I'm guessing it's directed at not extending the hips more at the top?

    If so, I used to do that, but found I had to reverse it by initiating the squat by moving my ass back before breaking at the knees, and it felt like a two part movement.

    I thought I'd instead start and finish the squat with the ass back, to make the lift simpler. I guess that's not beneficial?

    Read? Sure. Two editions even (1st and 3rd). Even read Mean Ol and Strong Enough. Comprehended? Hmmm...
