    Finally back under some weight. These felt different... In a good way. I feel like I got it.

    Pretty good here too, Doug.
    Keep reaching back with your hips as you approach depth to keep the knees from sliding forward and putting you on your toes.
    Your goal is to stay midfoot throughout the rep, and maintaining the right back angle is critical to that.
