    Should i post my second set if i record it, or is the third set enough?

    Tried very consciously to keep my knees out, dont know that it worked miracles but you can be the judge of that.

    I'm trying to understand what happened with the first rep where you came down half way, turned your left toe out more, and then continued. What's going on with that? I have a suspicion.
    The toe angle being rotated more outward is making it tougher to keep the knees out.

    Sorry about that it felt like i didnt turn it out far enough so i did an awkward adjustment mid rep. Rewatching it it does look too far out . Ill try it again with my toes at the right angles.
