Hey, I've just started the program. I have some experience with the lifts from CrossFit but I'm sure that I have many points to improve.

These are ok high bar squats. Are you looking to switch to low-bar?

Yes, I want to but I struggle to position the bar on my back. Every time I try the bar slips down and I need to push it with my hands.
The way that I did it in the video is the only way that I'm feeling the bar locked and stable. Actually, I thought is a low bar squat.

That's a grip issue. First, you need a bar with a center knurl that won't slide down your shirt. Or put a little piece of athletic tape around the middle so something can grip the shirt.
Then you can check out the half dozen videos on our YouTube channel about the squat grip. Nick D. has a good one on how to find the right spot for the bar when you're training alone.
It's going to need to be lower on your back for you to be able to lean over and do the squat the way we teach it.
