I've exhausted my ability to coach myself in this power clean. Under any real weight (relative to me), everything falls apart.
This is my 5th set of 3 at 190 pounds. There were a lot of failures at this weight. I can get through 185 with relative ease, but 190 is kicking my ass.
I see many form problems here... starfish, slow elbows. Guessing there's an early arm bend there too. Not sure what to focus on first. I've tried it all.
