    Tried to start with the bar over midfoot but i think i sat back and pulled over my heels

    Correct. Some reps you shift to the heels. You can think about keeping the weight towards the balls of your feet or just think about staying "forward" as you pull. Some reps need better lockout. Stand tall

    Sounds good. I’m thinking of replacing my back extensions with RDLs do you think thats appropriate for my advancement

    This was todays deadlift, i focused on keeping my knees inside my elbow pits
