Leaning to the left
Hello. I am working out with a buddy of mine and he tells me that I lean heavily to the left during my squat and press. Any reason for this? Just a weaker left side?

Could be several things...
- leg length difference
- scoliosis
- bar isn't centered
- you're protecting something on the right side
Shoot a set from behind and we can take a look.
