    For Rest of Training i use weightlifiting shoes, but i dont like to deadlift in them.

    Hey Tim
    With regard to shoes, maybe some flats of some sort.

    These aren't bad. I'd like to see you set up on midfoot consistently and get the bar back on your shins before you set the back and pull. You can see how the bar starts more forward than it needs to, making these harder than they need to be. Separate the setting of the back from the actual pull.

    Thanks for the Tips. I will focus more on getting the right starting position for the 2nd, 3rd, .. pull.
