    • starting strength seminar jume 2024

    Trying to eradicate some embedded tendinitis in right knee.
    Are these any good ?

    LOL...I can't get the bar any lower on my back but I can get rid of the cushion . throw me a bone Mark.

    But you can bend forward more and you can stop rocking back on the box.

    I was under the impression that if I bent over more the bar/load would be forward of mid foot making it necessary for me to place the bar lower on my back...left shoulder restricts any lower placement of the bar.
    I really tried to bend over on these when I was doing them...to the point where it felt like I was gonna kiss the floor regardless of the bar, odd sensation
    I do see I am driving up with my heels and leading with my chest half way up.
