    Default Narrow stance on squat

Ive been using a narrow stance on the squat due to lack of mobility in my hips and adductors. It’s probably about shoulder width.

Ive also noticed that at the bottom of the lift my feet want to rotate outward along with my knees.

    Are either of these issues?
