    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I know I am going to low in these, but this is what feels like the natural reversal point. From what I gather I need to bend over/ push my hips back more to feel the stretch reflex sooner. Problem is that I was really trying to do that in my sets and this is the result. Any input is appreciated.

    Please use something other than instagram where we can pause and otherwise control the video.
