    Default Squat form check

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Running another NLP after a three month layoff (first NLP three years ago, doing crossfit for exercise/maintenance since then).
    Started at 60kg last week, 95kg / 210lb today.
    (Sorry for the low angle, will film higher next time.)

    Welcome.
    Lift your chest and drop the elbows to get the back set into a neutral, extended position. Narrow the stance an inch on either side or wherever it gets your heels under your shoulders.

    Reach back with your hips and lean over, pointing your nipples at the ground. You're trying to remain upright on the descent.

    Work on that for now.
