Deadlift Form Check
I've been working on lifting my chest and keeping my back straight. I want to make sure these look OK before I increase weight.

Don't exaggerate and lean back like that at the top. You could also do with putting the bar down a lot faster between reps.
You're fine to go up, but I would start to think about what you want to do for the grip issue. Mixed grip or hook grip will be needed in the near future.
