I am doing 5x3. Here are my last two sets at 147.5 lb (With a failed final rep)

You are lifting your chest to finish the reps. Continue to drive your hips up and keep your chest down. Shove your knees out HARD. Get tighter overall(a belt is needed ASAP). Get a big breath and get a tight bounce out of the bottom. That being said, some programming adjustments are likely needed regardless as this weight is heavy for you
