Hi, this is the last set of fives. A fellow gym goer observed that my tail was rounding at the bottom, but I cannot see that- seems to me as a natural hip position shifting at the bottom. What do you guys think about the form? Thanks for feedback!

    Hi Mike,

When you get a chance, please read the guidelines for posting videos again. Various aspects of this video make it hard to give feedback (dark clothes, camera too far away, not uploaded to a streaming service, etc.). For now, until you upload your next video as per the guidelines, pause at the top of each rep and get a good breath/get tight. Then descend into the bottom a bit slower so you have more control.

Hayden, thank you! I had done exactly the thing the sticky said not to. This time made sure the video would be acceptable.

This is the last set, same weight as previously (85kg/187lbs). I did a little back and forth dancing in the beginning to fit into the frame.

These look pretty solid. I would try and minimize the fidgeting in the beginning as you get your stance. Try and streamline it. Also, try and brace your abs harder at the start so your back is a bit flatter. Speed down is good, but you could shove your knees out to the side a bit more even.
