Exterior Pec Strain During Deadlift
I am sure this is a simple form/setup issue, but as I am moving up in weight to the high 200lbs in my deadlift, I find that the exterior area of my chest, where my pec meets my underarm, seems to strain and become quite painful when lifting. Is this due to a too narrow stance a grip, a wide a grip, or anything else that I might be doing incorrectly. I can post a form check, but in absence of that, I thought I would ask the group if this is a common issue. Thank you!
