    You aren't setting your back flat in the setup (set your back just like in a Deadlift). Beyond that the weight might be too heavy as you are using a lot of knee extension in the beginning to get the bar up to your chest. For a heavy row you want it to be an arm pull into a hip extension (with minimal to no knee extension).
