This is my 3rd set at 287.5lbs. I apologize for the crappy angle, my training space is very narrow.

My main question is: Am I going too deep? Any other form advise would also be appreciated.

Depth is a bit deep, but before addressing that I would fix:

    1) Stance: It's a bit too wide. Bring your feet in so they are shoulder width.
    2) Lean over more and send your butt back more to start each rep. You are keeping your chest too vertical.
    3) Also, try and relax your hands a bit. We want straight wrists and they are flexed forward a bit too much.

Thanks, I'll give all that a try. I hurt my wrist 10 days ago, pain around the scaphoid and end of radius, on a failed power clean. Squats have been aggravating the wrist injury a little and causing a good bit of pain in the area of my brachialis just above my right elbow. Maybe the grip adjustment will help ease those issues. I believe my grip width is a little wide, I had a rotator cuff repair last June and have some limited mobility as a result.

I'll post a better video with the changes.

    Thanks again!
