    I see thoracic flexion, and perhaps a rushed setup (though it doesn’t feel that way from the inside).

    I’m in cramped quarters, so my daughter held the camera. She didn’t know I was going to post it. Hence the “hoot”. A second take was not an option.

    You need more shin angle(produced by setting up with the bar over midfoot). The bar is behind midfoot on these reps, not allowing you to use your quads. I suspect what could be happening is when you lean over to look down to set your feet, your shins are pulling back. Set your back harder as well. Think about pushing your belly between your knees

    I've had trouble over the past years identifying mid-foot. Thanks for clarifying that.

    I also forgot about the belly cue.
