    Hey coaches

    Im in my covid19 LP and this is my 1st and 3rd squat with 320lbs.

    Something wrong and im think im too horizontal in some of these reps. maybe an upper back tension?
    Im trying hard to take my knees forward and my hips back.

    You seem to be losing your low back on the way up.

    Ok, I'll give it a shot next session.
    Squeeze the lower back hard and keep the little arch on the way down and up.

    Here me 1st set from today with 325lbs:

    Actually felt way better after I added the lower back tension. Also way more powerful, but let see what you think.
