    Hi,

    Latest work-set of 42.5kg x 5 is below:

Im observing that on some reps I have soft knees, causing them to unlock during the hip bounce and my heels come off the ground. Held it at the top for too long during the 4th rep which in turn caused the 5th rep to be a real grinder.

Once again, any feedback is appreciated.
    Regards,

    Petar

Some secondary unlocking of the knees isn't the end of the world. Just make sure you are squeezing your quads hard before the hip reach. Towards the end of the set your elbows are dropping a bit in the setup. Remember to reset each rep's setup. As you noted you held the 4th rep too long (and over extended your neck through - keep it neutral). But overall looks good. The weight just seems to be getting hard.

    Thanks for the feedback Hayden!
