    Thanks again to coach Pete for looking at my deadlift, I'm still working on setting the back. In the meantime, I would appreciate some feedback on my power clean. These actually felt fairly easy for the most part, which I'm happy with since my last set at 150 was awful. The first and second reps felt nice, but I got some pain in the right elbow after the catch on the third rep.

    These actually look pretty solid. The PC days will be a great day to practice the back setting. Treat it the same as you would for the DL. What I would like to see here is that you get your setup, but then lock your hips and knees into place (don't move them) when you start to squeeze your back flat (you can see here hips drop down as you flatten which is not ideal).

    Perfect. Setting the back has always been a challenge, so these PC days are getting pretty good for that since the weight is climbing.
