    Default Squat Form Check

I've changed up my squat form a bit and wanted to get some feedback. Specifically I've cut depth to the minimum -- forced to now since if I place the safeties one lower I cannot reach them. I've also narrowed my stance and pointed my toes out more has made everything feel easier. Sorry about the third rep here which I think might be slightly high. This is from my intensity day on TM where right now I'm just doing 1 set of 3.

You need to lean over more and send your butt back at the very beginning.

Thank you for the feedback. I'll work on this and post my next ID set. How is the depth?

Depth is good, though a bit inconsistent due to the knee slide that happens as a result of not leaning over more in the beginning.

I hit the safeties on the 2nd rep and it shifted the bar forward and I had to bail. I'm going to get a piece of wood to stand on to fix this issue. Hope the first rep is enough to see what's going on -- I think I'm doing a better job of initiating the descent with my hips.

1st rep the lean is still a bit delayed. You also have your knees not going forward enough initially. You need a bit more lean from the start and a smooth hips and knees together to keep the bar path stable.
