Please check out the sticky on filming angles. We can't see much that can help except get your eyes down, lean over, and drive the hips up.
My data:
Sex: Male
Age: 27 years old
Height: 6 exact feet
Weight: 227 lbs
Training time lifting weights: 3 years doing dumb things at the gym and two weeks with the SS novice program and reading the books and seeing the Rip technique videos.
Medical problems: Insignificant lumbar scoliosis from birth and chronic "discomfort" in the sacrum due to a bad effort practicing rugby (but they hardly ever hurt, much less limit my movement).
Thanks in advance.

Okay. Tomorrow I will do a better filming. But what apparently I have to improve is: Look down, tilt my back more and control my hip better when going up. This is correct?
