    Did a few reps at 350, really focused on getting the bar low on my back. I’m gonna move up to 350x5 on Wednesday. Am i shoving out my knees too hard at the bottom?

    I think my forward lean is good, are my knees ok? I feel like they hit their end position much later than they should. I think my back is too arched at the top as well.

    Your hips are moving back first, causing your knees to drift forward as you descend. Get your knees bending sooner so they break at the same time as the hips

    This is my set from Wednesday. I focused on breaking with my knees earlier. I seem to have a habit of straightening my legs out of the hole, ending up doing a goodmorning which strains my lower back. How do i combat this?

    You're becoming a regular poster on here. I would look into hiring a coach for form checks at this point.
