Looking better. There is still a slight delay in your leaning over. Do it right away. Knees could also be shoved out harder from the start.

I dropped to 275 to work on form and these felt great. The only thing i can pick at are the knees but that may just be me shoving my knees out too wide to start with. I was focusing a lot on the back angle and bracing.

Update from last week. Tried to lean over more at the start, which was difficult for me. Not sure why the bar is tilted at the top.
Start with a flat back and tight abs (you are arched). Still need to lean over more right away. Think of bending over to pick something up.

Okay, thanks
I am not a coach, and I am new to the forums. However, I think you have a very loose upper back which may be contributing to the bar tilt.

Did some heavy doubles to keep my strength up like you said. Tried to keep my back straight.
Hey Ted, is there a specific reason your descent is so slow? You're basically getting no help from the stretch reflex at the bottom.
