    Hi Coach
    With lockdown, taking the opportunity to take my son Mark through SS NLP at home.
    We are 7 DL sessions in.
    Can you please check his form and hence...my coaching. I think his hips could be higher.

    175lbs

    Hips are dropping in the setup. Keep them higher. Knees are shooting back too soon as the weight is lifted. He may be pushing through his heels. Focus on pushing through the midfoot. Like he is leg pressing the floor away

    Hips are too low at the start of the pull. Notice how they rise right when you start. When you lift your chest you need to keep your hips where they end up being set on step 3. Drop your belly between your thighs in step 4 and pull your back really tight, getting all the slack out of your arms without dropping your hips.

    Don't exhale at the top. It's a really bad place to lose your spinal support.
