Narrow your stance up a bit. No more than an inch. Get your heels under the shoulders.
Lean over sooner and don't "dive bomb" into the bottom. Control your descent so you can stay balanced. Both of those things will help keep you midfoot throughout the rep.
You're going to want to fix your grip too. As you lean over with this grip, your hands may try to shove the bar up your back. Start with a wider grip and wrists more neutral. Then, walk the hands in as close to the shoulders as you can get with a more neutral wrist position. Palms behind the bar rather than underneath.
