    Hello SS forum

I'll appreciate any observation to my squat

    Male, 21
    183cm (6’00)
    83Kg (183 lb)

    90KG - 198.4 lb squat 3x5 (video is set #2 of 3)

Since the last video i found out that i feel more comfortable with a wider stance, fixed soreness in hamstrings, my legs are just too long.

The stance is exactly the same as the natural stance that my body assume for doing a squat stretch

    1) Stand up straight before stepping out of the rack.
    2) Set your gaze further ahead (at the ladder) and keep it there the entire rep (no head wobble up and down).
    3) Lean over more from the start.
    4) Try not to dive bomb into the bottom. Go slow and steady.
    5) Cut a few inches of depth off. You want to end just below parallel.
    6) Invest in lifting shoes.
    7) Work to narrow your stance a bit gradually over time. It's currently too wide to keep your knees out efficiently. If it's a flexibility thing, you can do paused warm-ups of your empty bar and early warm-up weight.

I appreciate your attention and help in my squat.

I hope you have a very nice day.
