    Default Squat Form Check

Just looking for a basic form check. I watched all of the videos on the best camera angles, still feel like I sucked at filming.

    I'm 5'10", 28yo, 200lbs, in my novice linear progression.

Started July 2nd-ish squatting 185 now at 285

This first video omits my feet, it is my second rep of 5 at 285

This is the third set, I tried this different angle but there is a little obstruction

Asking for a form check because I've felt like I will be unable to complete the 3rd set the last few exercises, though I have and I've added 5 lbs.

    1. Slightly more narrow stance with your toes out a little more.
    2. Shove your knees out MUCH HARDER
    3. Ditch the mirror, look down, and lean over more
    3A. Order a belt

    Thanks for the advice!

I did narrow my stance and think about shoving out knees this morning, the reps felt smoother.

Mirror, I ditched this morning, I'm having a hard time gauging depth without, but hopefully I'll figure it out.

Belt, I will be ordering one, was there something specific it seems like a belt would help with, or is that just a general piece of advice?

The belt will allow you to get tighter, produce more force, use more weight, and thus get stronger
