Reset my OHP due to wide grip and using stretch reflex at the bottom. Video shows my last set.

DL reset went from cheating at 315+ down to a humbling 225. Is this due to adaptation of using different muscular neurological pathways? Should it build back up fairly quick?

    PR:
    1) More hip reach forward.
    2) Also might want to start with head tilted up/back a bit or bar closer to front edge of chin so it's easier for the bar to clear your head and go *back* to your shoulders.

    DL:
    1) Keep your gaze on the spot on the floor the entire time.
    2) Try and slow your back squeeze down a bit. Think of waving the squeeze from the top of your back to the bottom.

Thank you. The precieved effort on that DL set seemed pretty intense. Should i therefore start scheduling it into every 5th workout from there? Also for the press, that last set seemed close to failure. Is that a good indication to start smaller increases or wait untill 5lb jumps stall?

Your "preception" of the effort is unreliable, as evidenced by the fact that the reps are all performed at the same bar speed. Just do the program.
